Jennifer Lumpkin is an environmental advocate, food systems champion and added value producer. She is also a dedicated public servant dedicating the last 4 years to her role in local voter advocacy, the Cleveland and Cuyahoga County Food Policy Coalition, and recently appointed Neighborhood Club President in the historic Glenville community in Cleveland managing her community’s pocket park and stewarding green maintenance where she grows herbs and heritage plants on her own neighboring land. Her organizing and partnership practice, My Grow Connect, is rooted in supporting the development of sustainable communities through consultancy, mentorship, agribusiness, cultural organizing and mindful resource connections throughout regional food, fiber and watersheds where she sits on multiple non-profit boards.
